“I usually don't think much about the cake when I go to a wedding, so I didn't have high expectations when looking for a cake vendor. But we were completely blown away by Elana! We knew we liked her right away because she is an excellent communicator and her email responses were super fast and clear. She was kind enough to schedule a cake tasting with us over the Christmas holiday when my fiance and parents were available. In addition to the flavors we had chosen for our tasting,
she came up with a new flavor combination for us and it was to die for and was the flavor we ended up choosing (she is so creative - let her do her own thing and magic will happen!). There was not a single crumb left at the end of the night. We later found out that some guests had two or three servings. Everything was truly perfect, from start to finish. Thank you, Elana!"
